Returns & Refund

Please be aware that we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision. Many baby products are related to feeding and hygiene so protection against contamination is important to us. If your purchased items are faulty or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at info@littlesnook.com.au for replacement or refund if item is unable to be replaced. We may request photos of the damaged/broken item and a copy of the invoice issued to you for the purchased products.
